I-70 West Dashcam Timelapse Through the Colorado Rocky Mountains

Starting at the base of the Rocky Mountains just west of Denver, Colorado, we head across Interstate 70. This was my first trek across the entire stretch of the Colorado Rockies in warmer weather.

Throughout most of the year, these mountains are covered in snow and it's a roll of the dice if the entire stretch will be open for driving as the snow accumulation can become impassable during the winter months.

Lots of mountain views and even a couple of tunnels through the earth. Although this drive is during the month of May, you can still see some snow-capped mountains during the timelapse.
