Mini Lasagnas Prepping Timelapse, Mini Cupcake Pan & Egg Roll Wraps for Noodles

Prepping mini lasagnas in a mini cupcake pan. I created this dish a couple years ago and wanted to do it again. It's perfect to use up your leftover spaghetti sauce.

I'm not a fan of ricotta cheese so I substituted that for Philadelphia Cream Cheese.

Also, instead of using regular lasagna noodle for the construction, I went with egg roll wraps. They work and taste perfect! They also add a bit of crunch and texture to the final dish.
