This is the quickest and easiest recipe for a quick and delicious sweet treat. The pies from this video I brought to an Elvis Brunch today!
Ingredients:
2 Packs of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2 Packs of Mini Graham Cracker Crusts
1/3 Cup of Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
I Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
I Can of Cherry Icing
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk with hand mixer or whisk until mix is smooth with no lumps.
Pour mix into large Ziploc bag to create a 'pastry bag' to easily dispense mix onto pie crusts. Cut one of the bag corners and squeeze mix onto 12 individual Keebler Graham Cracker Crusts and refrigerate overnight.
Top pies with cherry icing or your favorite topping.
